Du unterstützt unser Unternehmen weiter voranzutreiben, unter Anleitung der Geschäftsführung und Vertriebsleitung und mit hoher Eigenverantwortung. Du bist für die gesamten Forschungsaufgaben unserer Kunden verantwortlich und pflegst einerseits bestehende Beziehungen zu Kunden und generierst außerdem neue Kontakte.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Beratung, Konzeption, Umsetzung, Analyse und Präsentation sämtlicher Forschungsprojekte deiner (Key)-Clients
- Du bist der Kontakt für ausgewählte Kunden/Großkunden mit dem Ziel der Umsatzentwicklung
- Du generierst neue Aufträge durch Beziehungsmanagement
- Du qualifizierst umfassend, genau und frühzeitig und übernimmst die Potenzialanalyse von Leads
- Du schreibst unser Vertriebsinformationssystem fort
- Du erstellst eigenständig Angebote und führst Auftragsforschungen durch
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen professionell und gewissenhaft
- Du konzipierst Studien und übernimmst die Methodenberatung
- Du analysierst Ergebnisse und arbeitest diese auf
- Du führst Workshops, Vorträge und Ergebnispräsentationen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und bist gerne im direkten Kontakt mit Kunden
- Du konntest mindestens 3, besser 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Marktforschungsinstitut, Beratungshaus oder in der betrieblichen Marktforschung sammeln
- Du besitzt ein Verhandlungsgeschick und hast Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Account Management bzw. in der Account Entwicklung
- Du konntest bereits Projekterfahrung bzw. Erfahrung im Bereich der Marktforschung sammeln
- Du beherrschst verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du bringst ein hohes technisches Verständnis und Methodensicherheit mit (qualitativ wie quantitativ)
- Du bist Analyse-stark (SPSS, Excel, Python, R) und besitzt eine hohe Affinität zur Online-Forschung
- Du hast eine hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie eine gute Personalführungskompetenz
