Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Online-Marketingmaßnahmen über alle relevanten Kanäle
- Du planst, setzt um und optimierst Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (Google Ads, Social-Media-Ads etc.) zur Rekrutierung neuer Panelmitglieder
- Du verwaltest und skalierst bestehende Affiliate-Netzwerke und akquirierst neue Kooperationspartner
- Du entwickelst smarte SEO-Strategien zur Erhöhung der organischen Sichtbarkeit der Panel-Webseite
- Du betreust die Social-Media-Kanäle mit relevantem Content
- Du analysierst die Performance der Kampagnen, leitest kontinuierliche Optimierungen ab und identifizierst neue Marketing-Trends zur Integration in Rekrutierungsstrategien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung im Online-Marketing
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Ads, Affiliate-Netzwerken, Ahrefs sowie gängigen Webanalyse-Tools (Google Analytics / Matomo)
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, arbeitest KPI-getrieben und hast einen strategischen Weitblick
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie gut Englisch
- Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität mit
